Glasgow-born, Toronto-based Gail McInnes has been involved in the fashion industry for over twenty years with a focus on managing and promoting entrepreneurs and performers.
Over the past two decades, she has accumulated an impressive clientele; working with models, actors, artists, designers, and performers including the likes of Stephen Amell, Kardinal Offishall, Natalie Brown, celebrity stylist Brad Goreski;, Lucian Matis, Line Knitwear, Christopher Paunil, Hendrixroe, Hilary MacMillan, and many more. She founded Magnet Creative Management in early 2010 and Stylist Box with Christian Dare in 2013. She is also the editor-in-chief of The Pull Magazine.
Her in-depth view and opinions into the world of style are often called upon for various television appearances as an expert in her field with appearances on the likes of CBC News, Global TV’s The Morning Show, CTV News, Tele-Journal, Slice Network, and more.
Gail gained international recognition when she was nominated in 2011 as “Communicator of the Year” by the prestigious Scottish Fashion Awards, in association with VOGUE.com. She is also a nominee of the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards having been nominated two years in a row.
Gail devotes her extra time to furthering the careers of the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs through esteemed organizations, including Youth Employment Services (YES) and Toronto Fashion Incubator (TFI) and is regularly called upon as a guest speaker and judge at various colleges and universities.

DAVIDA GRAGOR, Event Manager
Toronto-native Davida Gragor is a marketing veteran and certified event planner with over 14 years of experience. She uses her way with words and lifetime in the entertainment industry to help others discover their inner star.
A former makeup artist and beauty blogger, she’s previously been ranked one of the Top 100 Beauty Bloggers and Consumer Influencers worldwide; twice. Davida worked with brands from L’Oreal to MAC, including during Fashion Week and Fashion Cares, before giving up her brush and remains passionate about the industry.
She enjoys assisting at fashion shows and other events across the city whenever she can. In her downtime, Davida’s a fitness fiend, avid basketball fan, and all-around sassy-pants.
SARAH MILES, Event Manager
Born and raised in Toronto, Sarah was first introduced into the city's fashion community when she began her modelling career over 10 years ago.
Since then, she has worked in everything from showrooms and factories, to high-end fashion shows and trade shows.
With a focus on talent relations and backstage production, Sarah is the most at home working and hustling in a backstage environment.
LINDA AWUKU, Event Manager
Linda Awuku is a multi-disciplinary creative professional with a love for fashion shows and event management.
Having assisted with numerous high profile fashion shows and events both in Canada and the UK, she brings a wealth of experience in areas such as backstage show preparation as well as strong organizational and administrative skills to the Magnet Creative team.
Linda holds a BA (Hons) Fashion Textiles from University of the Arts London: London College of Fashion in London UK and a Bachelor of Design, Illustration from Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto. One of her favourite hobbies is exploring and learning about new places.
